Is it possible to recover data from a drive which is not visible in Windows explorer?

When Windows fails to detect the drive present or connected to your computer; open Disk management utility and see if it displays. If you can find drive, then you can restore your data from it using Yodot Recovery software. In case the drive is not displayed in Disk management utility, then it shows that it is physically damaged and you cannot regain data from it.
