How to Move Outlook Data File PST to Another Computer?

“Hi, I recently bought a new computer and installed Microsoft Outlook 2010 on it. I have Outlook 2007 on my old computer. I tried to backup old Outlook profile data as I wanted to migrate Outlook to new computer; but got the error message, “File access denied. You don't have permission required to access this file.” I have lot of emails, tasks, calendar events and many more in my old Outlook, which I want to be able accessible in this new system.
