How to Retrieve Deleted Videos from iPhoto Library?

“I accidentally erased some videos from my iPhoto library and then I emptied the trash. A moment later I realized that I had deleted some important video files along with other unwanted videos from iPhoto library. I checked on both iPhoto library folder and ‘Finder’, but I couldn’t get them. Can anyone tell me is it still possible for me to retrieve those erased videos from iPhoto library?
