How to Regain My Music Folder on Windows 7?

Hi, while deleting unwanted music files from ‘My Music folder’ on my Windows 7 system, I have selected entire collections of songs and deleted them mistakenly. As I have a habit of emptying Recycle Bin soon after erasing any file, I have emptied Recycle Bin folder now as well. It consisted of lots of my favorite songs which I have collected for past 2 years. I am really in need of those music files from that music folder. Is there any solution to bring back those deleted files back on a Windows 7 computer? Please help me!!!
