We don’t refund for the following conditions:

  • If you never contacted our support team to rectify the issue
  • If desired results were not achieved
  • If you have changed your mind
  • If you have not received the License code for the product and you failed to contact our support team

We accept refund or exchange:

  • If you have charged twice for the same product due to technical issue
  • If the product has irresolvable issues
  • If you have purchased “wrong” product and purchased “right” product from Yodot within 30 days
