Fix #1: Restrict Script Blocking in Norton Antivirus
- Run Norton Antivirus software
- Go to Settings and find Script Blocking feature
- Uncheck Enable Script Blocking option
Note: Disabling Script Blocking option may put your computer is risky. Hence, we are not recommending this fix. Use this method at your own risk.
Fix #2: Disable New-Mail Notification in Outlook
- Open Outlook, then select Options on the File menu
- And, select Mail tab
- Under Message Arrival section, untick Display a Desktop Alert check box.
- Then press OK.
