“I use Windows 7 computer (running on SSD). I have one HDD as main storage drive. I own an old hard drive that I use as external hard drive. I moved some documents from my old computer onto that portable drive (external drive) and formatted that computer. My external drive didn’t appear when I connected it back to that system. So I un-plugged it and attached with my new computer. Unfortunately the drive is not showing up in this computer also, but it is in the "Device Manager". How do I get it to show in “My Computer” and use it? I have really important data on it.”
